1 sheet reduced-fat canola puff pastry
¼ cup almond meal
1 punnet strawberries, halved (or 200g blueberries)
1 Tbsp raw sugar
- Cut pastry sheet in half. Score a 1cm border around the edge of each piece of pastry.
- Sprinkle almond meal in the centre of each piece of pastry. Top with strawberries and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 180°C, for 10-12 minutes or until edges are puffed and golden. Serve with soy ice cream.
